Many friends may not know that summer is divided into three stages, namely "Xia Meng", "Midsummer" and "Late Summer", which represent different periods of summer.

Xia Meng: Early summer refers to the fourth month of the lunar calendar. Each of the four seasons of the lunar calendar has the arrangement of "Meng", "Zhong" and "Ji". The three months of the lunar summer are April, May and June, which are called "Xia Meng", "Midsummer" and "the last month of summer" respectively. Therefore, Xia Meng is April in the lunar calendar.

Xia Meng is the first month of summer, that is, April is Xia Meng, which is represented by the twelve earthly branches, and the month referred to is the lunar calendar.

April: Yuyue, silver moon, Yue Mei, Qinghe, Early Summer, Xia Meng, Zhengyang and Zhu Ming.
