Roewe 1.5t Intake Manifold Disassembly

There are three main steps: separating the car body, fixing the position and releasing the buckle.

The disassembly steps are to separate the car body, fix the position and open the buckle.

Open the intake manifold, take out the air filter, then remove the whole intake pipe, remove the throttle valve, remove the mounting screws that fall into the intake manifold, and remove the manifold.

The intake manifold is located between the throttle valve and the cylinder head, but before disassembling this intake manifold, the air passage connected with the throttle valve must be disassembled before disassembling the intake manifold.

This step can't be omitted, otherwise the throttle can't move freely.
