I. Disassembly and assembly of gear box:
(1) Prepare tools and boxes with various parts, and disassemble them on a clean and flat operating platform. If there is no maintenance manual for this vehicle, a notebook and marked tape strips should be prepared.
(2) Dismantle the oil pump from the front, from front to back, and from outside to inside, and make records at any time.
(3) The case of automatic transmission is mostly made of aluminum alloy. When disassembling, it is forbidden to directly knock with crowbar and iron.
④ Be careful when removing the hydraulic control valve body. When separating the upper and lower valve bodies, prevent the ball and snap ring from falling to the ground, and remember the correct position accurately.
⑤ When disassembling and checking the one-way clutch, be sure to pay attention to whether its assembly direction is correct, and it must not be installed backwards.
⑥ After the parts are disassembled, clean them with gasoline and dry them with low-pressure compressed air. It is not allowed to wipe the valve parts with cotton yarn that is easy to lose fibers.
⑦ In principle, the wearing parts such as O-ring seals should be replaced with new ones after disassembly, and the worn and deformed wearing parts should not be reused.
⑧ New clutch plates and brake pads should be soaked in gearbox oil, and can be assembled only after the oil is fully absorbed.
Pet-name ruby valve core, piston, seals, etc. , should be coated with gear box oil.
Attending assembly, tighten the screws in strict accordance with the specified torque.
The reason for this is the following:
(1) The clutch is not completely disengaged and the power cannot be completely cut off. There are two aspects: first, due to improper manipulation, the pedal is not stepped to the end, resulting in incomplete separation and difficulty in shifting gears. This phenomenon is very common among novices. Because of inexperience, the pedal often goes into gear before stepping on the bottom, and the gear will ring. Second, it is difficult to shift gears due to the poor technical condition of the clutch;
(2) The ends of individual meshing teeth of new cars are rough and it is difficult to shift gears;
(3) The shift fork is loose and bent, and the shift fork shaft is bent and rusted, making it difficult to move. When the locking screw fixing the fork shaft is loose, it will also cause gear shifting difficulties; ?
(4) The length of the reverse lever on the gear shift lever is not adjusted properly, and the locking piece does not rise high enough when the reverse gear is engaged, so it is impossible to smoothly enter the reverse gear position.
