1. The circuit between the idle motor and the idle motor of the engine is out of order, which causes the idle motor to be unable to control the idle speed of the vehicle after the air conditioner is turned on, and finally causes the vehicle to stall;

2. Some parts in the engine air intake system are not sealed. Due to air leakage in the air intake system, the air conditioner starts, the engine power may be insufficient, and the engine may stall;

3. The idle speed adjustment module in the electronic control unit is faulty. When the air conditioner is turned on and the idle speed increases the resistance, the idle speed adjustment module fails to adjust the idle speed well, which eventually leads to the vehicle stalling;

4. The throttle idle speed adjustment system is out of order, which may be due to excessive carbon deposition in the throttle and excessive engine starting resistance, resulting in engine flameout.

In most cases, the air conditioner is turned on at idle speed, which is probably caused by the failure of idle motor. Although it is relatively easy to replace the idle motor at the throttle, due to the different design of each car, it is recommended that you go to a professional repair shop or 4S for inspection and maintenance when you need maintenance.

Generally, when the engine is just started, the idle speed is generally between 900- 1300 rpm. When the engine is running gradually, the idle speed will slowly drop to 600-850 rpm. So we don't need too long to warm up the car, just wait for the idle speed to stabilize gradually.
