Measure the temperature directly with a thermometer, tighten the exhaust valve, and recheck that the measured temperature is less than 90 degrees. If it is greater than 90 degrees, adjust it again and circulate until it meets the requirements.

Four, check and adjust the turbocharger

Check the valves and control parts first, then put them into the turbocharger and clean them to determine the charging amount of the turbocharger. The performance of the adjusted turbocharger is very good under various vehicle load conditions and various speeds, and there will be no knocking phenomenon.

Five, check the engine valve electric regulator.

Stop and check the electric valve regulator of the engine. If the electrical adjustment of the engine is not smooth during the inspection, it should be adjusted according to the corresponding procedures to ensure the normal operation of the engine.
