Plum grafting

3. Scion: Choose a strong scion with a length of about 7cm and 5-7 buds. Graft as soon as possible after cutting, otherwise the water will evaporate.

4. Treatment method: Before grafting, split a 3 cm long incision on the cross section of the rootstock, and cut the bottom of the scion into a 3 cm section, but keep 2-3 buds.

5. Grafting: finally wrap the top of the scion, insert the scion into the incision of the rootstock, align with the cambium, and then wrap it.

Second, matters needing attention After the grafting is completed, it depends on whether it survives. If the grafting fails this time, it will be grafted again.
