General heating pressure gauge shows that it is normal between 0.2 MPa and 0.35 MPa. In order to maintain the stable and normal operation of the heating system, the pressure on the geothermal pipeline shall not be greater than 0.8MPa. After the heating installation, the pressure test will be carried out. If the pressure gauge shows a value lower than 0.2MPA or higher than 0.3MPA before using floor heating, please ask the merchant to arrange staff to come to the door for re-debugging.

Second, the use of precautions in the heating process

1. When the heating pressure is not enough, it is suggested to install a circulating pump on the heating, which can not only increase the heating pressure, but also make the water flow in the heating pipe circulate more smoothly and generate more heat.

2. Use before heating and after pressure test. Because the pipeline has been useless for a year and the interface has been useless for a long time, I don't know if it is loose. If it is loose, it will probably lead to water leakage, and the floor heating pipe has not been watered for a long time, and the inside of the pipe is in a dirty state, which is easy to cause blockage. Pressure test can observe whether the pressure bearing capacity of the pipeline is normal.

3. Don't pile up sundries around the radiator, because it will expand when heating starts. If the radiator leaks, it will cause the surrounding items to be soaked, so check whether the radiator joint is normal.

4. Before heating, remove the filter screen of the filter sleeve valve in front of the water separator and clean it. After cleaning, put it back and tighten the screws to prevent impurities in the water from falling into the floor heating pipe during heating.

Clothes can't be hung on the radiator, so as not to affect the heating temperature of the whole room. It is suggested to set up a hanger near the radiator, which will have better drying effect and will not affect the heating of the whole room.
