After the air line on the throttle is removed, the whole throttle can be removed. Trent's throttle is fixed on the engine block with four bolts, and we can quickly remove it with suitable tools.
Cleaning the throttle is mainly to remove carbon deposits on it. We can use special throttle washer fluid or cleaner. It should be noted here that the cleaning principle of this cleaning agent is to dissolve carbon deposit, and its composition is harmful to human body. It is best to wear gloves and masks when cleaning.
Spray the cleaner to the position with more carbon deposits on the throttle, and wait for about 5- 10 minutes to dissolve the carbon deposits. Using brushes can speed up the removal of carbon deposits.
When you see that the stain on the accelerator has completely dissolved, you can clean the detergent inside the accelerator with a clean towel. Install the cleaned throttle valve on the machine body according to the original position. Then install all the air pipes to complete the whole process of cleaning the throttle.
