It is observed that the dynamic parameters of 15% throttle are obviously too large, which should be around 5% under normal circumstances. According to the fault code and throttle parameters, the throttle valve was inspected, and it was found that the carbon deposition was serious. After cleaning, the throttle was matched and tested, and the fault remained.

When GDS enters the system for diagnosis again, it can be seen that the performance of P2 100 00 throttle disappears, but according to III, there are two fault codes, P0089 has poor fuel pressure performance and P228D has high fuel pressure performance.

According to the fault code, check the relevant fuel pressure parameters. When the fuel system is idling at a low pressure of 393kPa and a high pressure of 30MPa. When refueling, the high pressure rises, and the highest is close to 12.9MPa, which is close to normal vehicles.

Therefore, it is judged that the high-pressure sensor circuit and engine control module are normal, and the low-pressure fuel pump and pipeline are normal.

The technician saw that there was a high-pressure fuel system failure in the historical failure. When reading the engine dynamic parameters through 3 g/s, it is found that the air flow data is 4.59g/s, which is abnormal, while the normal vehicle is about 3 g/s.
