Chinese food on the plate
The author takes the traditional solar terms in China as the record clue, and takes the solar terms such as rain, fright, Qingming, Long Summer, Xiaoman, Great Summer, beginning of autumn, Autumn Equinox, Cold Dew and First Frost as the record nodes, and presents several main stages of farmers' rice planting through diary narration and pictures. For the purpose of popularizing agricultural knowledge for children, the author also carefully arranged some knowledge links about rice growth and planting at each record node, and explained them with pictures, thus solving some problems that we are used to but can't give reasonable explanations.
