Marinate the soaked garlic with salt for two days, mix the garlic evenly every day, rub the garlic with salt, and stick a thin layer of salt on each garlic; About three pounds of garlic with a bag of salt-I forgot to take this step. Wash and peel garlic, add water to garlic, soak it in salt for four hours, take out dry water, 900 grams of white vinegar, 80% sugar, 70 grams of salt, add 1 catty of water, and then boil. When it comes out to cool, prepare a clean oil-free container. Of course, the longer the time, the stronger the taste will be. If you are in a hurry, it will take about a week. Don't smell too strong at this time.
