What does automobile acc mean?

Auto ACC is the abbreviation of AdaptiveCruiseControl, which is the power supply of automatic adaptive cruise control. It is controlled by the car key and supplies power for some equipment such as car stereo.

ACC can generally enter the cruise at low speed. Besides high-speed road conditions, it can also be applied to urban road conditions, so don't worry too much about the stop-and-go state of traffic jams. The sensor (radar) of the car will give instructions to the actuator (throttle, brake and gear) according to the driving state (distance and speed) of the front car and the rear car through the calculation and judgment of ECU, so as to decide whether its driving state is to accelerate or decelerate, or to quit cruising.

The most basic function of adaptive cruise is to keep the vehicle running vertically. When there is a danger of collision, the vehicle will prompt the driver and take active braking intervention. Moreover, when the distance between the vehicle and the preceding vehicle is too small, the ACC control unit can cooperate with the anti-lock braking system and the engine control system to properly brake the wheels and reduce the output power of the engine, so that the vehicle and the preceding vehicle can always keep a safe distance. Generally speaking, ACC can reduce the driver's driving fatigue to a certain extent.
