Why is the eleventh solar term called light summer heat?

The heat is the beginning of the heat.

But not to the extreme.

The twelfth solar term, Summer, is the extreme heat.

Since then, the thirteenth solar term has turned to autumn.

By the fourteenth solar term, the summer heat will end and dissipate.
