1. Adjust the throttle adjusting screw and idle adjusting screw. If the idle speed cannot be adjusted, the carburetor is faulty. Remove the carburetor, thread a 0.2mm filament through each hole, and blow out each channel and measuring hole with a high-pressure gun.
