Basic concept of sun moxibustion

First, the meaning of solar terms

Solar terms are a part of the China lunar calendar (in fact, they are the most in line with the solar calendar). There are 24 solar terms in a year and two solar terms in a month. The first one is solar terms, and the last one is qi. For example, beginning of spring is the first month's festival, and rain is the first month. Later generations called solar terms and solar terms solar terms.

Second, the origin of solar terms

According to the cycle of the sun, the moon and the earth, human beings have formulated the laws of year, month, day, spring, summer, autumn and winter that conform to nature and the four seasons, thus forming a calendar. China is one of the earliest countries that invented the calendar in the world, and the lunar calendar is one of the traditional calendars in China, also known as the lunar calendar. Lunar calendar is a combination of lunar calendar and solar calendar. On the one hand, the moon's orbit around the earth is "January", and 24 solar terms are set at the same time, reflecting the characteristics of seasonal changes. The twenty-four solar terms are divided according to the position of the sun on the ecliptic (that is, the orbit of the earth around the sun). Depending on the sun starting from the vernal equinox (longitude zero, at this moment the sun shines vertically on the equator), every advance of 15 degrees is a solar term; After a week's operation, I returned to the vernal equinox, which is a tropical year with 360 degrees, so it is divided into 24 solar terms.

Division of solar terms

There are twenty-four solar terms in a year, six solar terms in each season and two solar terms in each month. The former is solar terms and the latter is neutral. The dates of solar terms are relatively fixed in the solar calendar. The solar terms in the first half of the year are on the 5th, the solar terms in the second half are on the 8th and the solar terms are on the 23rd, with a difference of 1 ~ 2 days. For example, beginning of spring in the solar calendar always falls between February 3rd and 5th. The naming of each solar term is also very interesting. There are four seasons in a year, namely spring, summer, autumn and winter, so there are "four stands". Beginning of spring, Changchun, beginning of autumn and beginning of winter reflect the beginning of the four seasons. There is a "second solstice" in summer and winter. Summer solstice and winter solstice represent the extremes of summer and winter in astronomy. On the solstice of summer, the sun shines directly on the Tropic of Cancer, which is the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. Although it has the longest day and the highest solar altitude angle, it is not the hottest time of the year. On the solstice of winter, the sun shines almost directly on the tropic of Capricorn, which is the shortest day in the northern hemisphere, but it is not the coldest time in the year. The vernal equinox and autumnal equinox are called "equal share", which means that the length of day and night is equal. Other solar terms reflecting temperature changes are: slight summer heat, great summer heat, summer heat, slight cold and severe cold. There are seven solar terms reflecting weather phenomena: rain, Grain Rain, white dew, cold dew, first frost, light snow and heavy snow. There are four solar terms reflecting phenological phenomena: Jing Zhe, Qing Ming, Xiaoman and Mang Zi. Taking beginning of spring as the beginning of the year, the order is: beginning of spring, rain, fright, vernal equinox, Qingming, Grain Rain; Xia Chang Xia, Xiao Man, Mangzhong, Xia Solstice, Xiao Shu, Da Shu; Autumnal equinox beginning of autumn, first ripe, white dew, autumnal equinox, cold dew, first frost; Beginning of winter, light snow, heavy snow, winter solstice, slight cold, cold winter.

The following is a solar term poem: Spring rain shocks spring and bright valley days, and summer is full of summer; Autumn dew, autumn frost, little snow in winter and cold in winter.

Fourth, the influence of solar terms on human body.

Solar terms are formulated by the operating laws of the sun, the earth and the moon, and are important signs of seasonal changes. Because the spatial positions of the sun, the earth, the moon and other stars are always changing irregularly and continuously, the energy of the universe is also changing constantly, and this change fluctuates the most before and after the solar terms. Zhang Zhongjing, a medical sage, wrote in Treatise on Febrile Diseases: "Twenty-four solar terms have twelve solar terms, twelve middle qi, and five days is the waiting period. The same qi has seventy-two waiting periods, which plays a decisive role in life and death. This must be solved. "

Solar term baking

According to the idea of "harmony between man and nature" in TCM, the change of "heaven" naturally affects the human body, and solar terms have two effects on the human body: 1. Because the climate changes greatly before and after the solar terms, if a person has an old or persistent disease, his adaptability and physical resistance are weak, and he often becomes ill or his condition is aggravated at this time. According to medical statistics, diseases such as heart disease, stroke and asthma mostly occur around the solar terms and in the middle of the night. Because when the change of external climatic conditions exceeds the body's ability to cope, people will get sick. This is exactly what Huangdi Neijing said: "If evil exists, its qi will be deficient". 2. Because the cosmic energy changes greatly before and after the solar terms, it will get twice the result with half the effort if some special methods are adopted to intervene and turn the cosmic energy into their own use. Under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory, Sun Moxibustion successfully transformed the cosmic energy into the mode I used. Doing sun moxibustion can not only achieve the best therapeutic effect, but also improve the body's immunity and disease resistance. In this way, when the external environment, climate and other factors change, people are not easy to get sick, as the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic says, "Righteousness exists within, and evil spirits cannot be done."

V. Influence of solar terms on different regions

Solar terms are one of the contents of the China lunar calendar. They originated in the Central Plains of China more than 2000 years ago, so they accurately reflect the seasonal and climate changes in this area. However, it does not mean that it only affects and applies to the Central Plains of China or China, because solar terms are generated by the operating rules of the sun, the earth, the moon and other stars, so the change of its cosmic energy affects every corner of the earth at the same time, regardless of the southern hemisphere, the northern hemisphere, the eastern hemisphere and the western hemisphere.

Sixth, moxibustion

Solar Moxibustion is a kind of therapy to prevent or treat diseases by burning burning moxa sticks at specific acupoints, and using thermal stimulation and moxa leaves to warm meridians, dispel cold and relieve pain. The word "moxibustion" is interpreted as "burning" in Shuo Wen Jie Zi, which means burning the body to treat diseases. In medical monographs, moxibustion was first seen in Neijing. "On Mencius Li Lou" also records: "Today, people want to be kings, still suffering from seven years of illness and courting for three years." Moxibustion is not only effective for cold diseases and deficiency syndrome, but also a good health care method. There are also many forms of moxibustion, such as moxa stick moxibustion, moxa stick moxibustion, medicinal moxibustion, dog days moxibustion, solar moxibustion and so on. Different moxibustion methods can often achieve miraculous effects according to different situations. Solar term moxibustion is a special moxibustion method under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory, which uses solar term as a specific solar term and selects different acupoints for moxibustion according to different physical conditions.

Seven, the role of sun moxibustion

Solar-term moxibustion is to use the thermal stimulation generated by burning moxa sticks and the analgesic effect of moxa leaves to warm and tonify yang, stimulate the qi of meridians, mobilize human potential, convert cosmic energy into our own use, and establish a balanced system for human body to adapt to the natural system, so as to achieve the purpose of treating diseases and improve human body's disease resistance and coping ability.

Eight, the clinical application of solar moxibustion

Sun moxibustion is widely used, which can be used to treat various diseases, especially chronic diseases. It is also a natural and efficient health care method. Sun moxibustion is often used to treat the following diseases:

Medical diseases: treatment and prevention of stroke; Hypertension, coronary heart disease; Asthma; Stomach pain, bloating, diarrhea, burping; Diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol, hyperthyroidism; Impotence; Chronic nephritis.

Surgical diseases: cervical spondylosis; Acute and chronic lumbar sprain; All kinds of arthritis; Urticaria (wind)

Gynecological diseases: dysmenorrhea; Hysteromyoma and ovarian cyst; Infertility.

Pediatric diseases: anorexia in children; Infantile enuresis; The child is stunted. Otolaryngology symptoms: allergic rhinitis (nasal sensitivity).
