What worries us is that we can't buy clothes of famous brands such as Adidas, Nike and Li Ning, and we are also teased by classmates who have these clothes for the New Year. To our delight, we received red envelopes and lucky money in the New Year. However, have we ever wondered: how did their childhood last generation spend? Without Adidas, Li Ning, Nike, red envelopes and lucky money, how did they celebrate the New Year?

We are eating big fish and meat, drinking small wine and drinks, and watching the Spring Festival Gala on TV. Twenty or thirty years ago, our parents were also sitting on the big round table, and they were the youngest. However, they don't have big fish and meat, and they don't have foreign wines or drinks. They only have eggs and some side dishes, which is enough. What about us? However, we have to be picky everywhere, saying that this is not delicious, that this is not to our taste, and we never help our parents save trouble.

On New Year's Eve, our family had a New Year's Eve dinner and enjoyed the colorful Spring Festival Gala. At twelve o'clock, that is, at zero o'clock on the first day of the New Year, many firecrackers were set off outside the window to celebrate the arrival of the New Year.

My happiest thing during the Chinese New Year is that I can go back to my grandmother's house. Grandma's house, the younger generation pays New Year greetings to their elders, which is very traditional. You should kowtow! At my grandmother's house, I had fun and crazy with my friends, and I didn't even write my diary for a few days!

During the Spring Festival, children can still get lucky money. Of course, I am no exception. More than 1000 was collected this year. I saw on TV that some children received more than 2000, 5000 or even tens of thousands of lucky money, and they began to feel less lucky money. Mom said that lucky money is a wish given to children by elders. Too much is not necessarily a good thing, so we must use it reasonably.
