What is the average temperature in Hohhot in March?

Hehe, hello, I'm from Hohhot, too. I am a freshman in Finance College.

I am a boy, and I am not afraid of the cold. Since it has not been frozen, you'd better bring a thick sweater. It's inconvenient to bring a cotton-padded jacket, at most 10 days.
