In my 26-year teaching career, I have 22 years of experience in class management. Class management teaching is not easy, and I have many feelings.

First of all, we must maintain good physical fitness. You can't work without good health. You can't take sick leave because you have to attend every class. Even in self-study classes, teachers should stay in the classroom. You should keep a good voice so that you can lead the students to sing. Male teachers should not smoke and drink, or their voices will be loud. Your blood pressure can't be high, or you will be in danger when you go to physical education class to guide students in long jump. Of course, you should exercise yourself and pay attention to your diet. Wushu and Tai Ji Chuan are good fitness techniques.

Second, there must be strong professionalism. If you want to complete the teaching tasks of Chinese and mathematics, you must seize the time, first help reading comprehension, then consolidate knowledge, then take exams, and then help poor students improve. You should also cultivate students' musical expertise and artistic expertise, and also lead students to exercise and cultivate their sports expertise. Don't chat with others. In the morning reading class, you should stay in the classroom and guide the students to read aloud. The first section of Chinese is mainly about the combination of speaking and reading, reading, question and answer, and reading aloud to complete the Chinese teaching task; The second section is the combination of review and practice guidance to consolidate Chinese knowledge; The third section of mathematics is mainly about the training of telling, understanding, reasoning and thinking process, and completes the mathematics teaching task with certain mathematics exercises. Summarized as 80 minutes to learn Chinese and 40 minutes to learn math. Homework correction is done during lunch break or after school.

The first class in the afternoon guides students to exercise. The content of physical education class in primary school is also colorful, interesting, endurance, skill, unity and cooperation. The main contents include: queue training, assembly training, sprint training, long-distance running training, relay running training, high jump, long jump, single skipping, double skipping, cooperative skipping, standing long jump training, leapfrog training, ball games, softball, table tennis, basketball, football, badminton, solid ball training, game cooperation training, martial arts flexibility training, forward tumbling and aerial jumping. These are all good fitness programs. According to the conditions of the school, choose the implementation, visually inspect the place, and make adjustments according to the rain and snow to achieve safety first.

In the second class in the afternoon, we will take students to sing on Monday and Tuesday, guide them to learn new songs, mainly shorthand lyrics, understand the meaning and ideological realm, then understand the notation and music score, master the melody and rhythm of music, and finally sing together, and hold male-female competitions and group competitions to consolidate and improve the campus atmosphere.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, students receive art education. The main contents include painting skills, proportional painting, the choice of perspective, the distribution of color and light and shade, scene layout and decoration, etc. The main patterns are animals and plants, figure sketches, watercolors, landscape paintings, imaginary paintings and propositional paintings. Copy or sketch. There are also paper-cutting, production, sculpture, clay sculpture and so on. At the same time, the teaching content is selected according to the scenery of spring, summer, autumn and winter, such as flowers and plants in spring, fruits and vegetables in summer, fruit trees in autumn and ice and snow in winter. It's enough to lower the requirements in the lower grades, show it and look a bit like it. Mid-range requirements are higher, and there is a certain emphasis on proportion, color, light and shade, exaggeration or authenticity. Art professional training should use 40×60 special drawing paper and give personal guidance. In the middle school, we should change an art class into a science class, and change physical education class and music class into an English class. In the second Friday afternoon, there will be moral education classes and class team activities to summarize the class situation.

In the sixth class every day, poor students, those who write slowly, those who don't write their homework well and those who don't have enough discipline should stay and supervise. Excellent students can teach themselves, and sometimes they can guide and correct test questions. This class is sometimes 40 minutes and sometimes 60 minutes, which is up to the teacher. Instruct students to clean up after the second class every afternoon. After the third class in the afternoon, students can queue up to leave school. The teacher will finish correcting the homework again. Lesson preparation is mainly from 8 pm to 10: 30.

You must write a good lesson plan for the first class. If you can persist for a few years, you will have memories in your mind. At that time, you walked silently, and some lessons would emerge in front of you in the blink of an eye. More than ten years, not to mention twenty years. Now there are advanced teaching equipment, computers and USB flash drives. Can do multimedia courseware, colorful, really have a brand-new feeling. That's much more convenient than engraving wax paper mimeographs in the 1980s and using a slide projector in the 1990s. It's really a new century! Now, I teach by computer, which is much more advanced and convenient. If there are conditions, use a laptop and let the LCD monitor into the classroom. The times are developing and the society is progressing. You should keep learning and keep pace with the times!

Seven, have the support of family. I got the support of the peasant father. And his wife's support, washing and cooking and taking care of the children! Sometimes I'd rather have money in my pocket than empty it. When the economy was tight, I worked as a short-term laborer, worked as a coolie, farmed and paid public grain during the holidays.
