How to make pudding?

First, add 100g pudding powder and 100g white sugar into appropriate cold water (hot water is not allowed) and stir well. 1. Pudding powder 1kg and 5kg of hot boiled water are fully stirred until they are completely dissolved. (Slightly boiled is also acceptable) (If you need a good taste, please add 2~4 egg yolks)
