Idle speed problem of new motorcycle

GSX 125-3A should use vacuum diaphragm carburetor, and the idle speed should be 1400 100r/min. It is best to have a master guide to teach you how to adjust. Don't adjust it yourself, you may mess up the idle speed. The specific method is as follows:

Idle speed refers to the lowest stable speed to keep the engine running. Its quality directly affects the technical performance and fuel consumption of the whole vehicle. The adjustment of idle speed is mainly realized by two screws, namely the air conditioning screw and the throttle screw. The air-conditioning screw is located at the air inlet or air outlet of the carburetor, and the throttle screw is located on the rotating arm of the throttle pipe. How to adjust these two screws?

The correct way is to adopt the method of "one high and one low" to adjust the idle speed. The so-called "one high" means to increase the engine speed as much as possible when adjusting the air conditioning screw (its purpose is to make the oil-gas ratio of the idle fuel supply system reach the best); "One low" means to reduce the engine speed as much as possible when adjusting the throttle screw (the purpose is to reduce the throttle opening, thus reducing the fuel supply of the fuel supply system).

The specific adjustment method is as follows:

Step one, prepare. When the throttle knob is completely loosened, there should be a certain free clearance, an air filter should be installed, and the performance of other components should be confirmed to be good, and the oil products meet the standards. Then, start the engine to warm up and fully open the choke valve.

The second step is pre-adjustment. (1) Screw the air conditioning screw to the bottom, and then reverse it by 1.25 turns; (2) Adjust the throttle screw to ensure that the engine can run at a certain speed after the throttle knob is completely loosened.

Step three, turn down the volume. Adjust the throttle screw to reduce the engine speed as much as possible.

Step four, turn up the volume. Adjust the air conditioning screw to increase the engine speed as much as possible.

Fifth, repeat the third and fourth steps.

Repeated patience, you will get a satisfactory idle speed.
