How to adjust the air pressure of air compressor

When debugging in the air compressor factory, adjust to the specified pressure according to the customer's needs, and then set a pressure difference.

For example, the compressor starts pumping air into the air storage tank. When the pressure reaches 10kg, the air compressor stops or unloads. When the pressure reaches 7kg, the air compressor starts again, and there is a pressure difference. This process can give the compressor a rest and protect the air compressor.

Different air compressor switches have different adjustment methods. One is that the pressure difference is fixed by the switch itself, and only the automatic stop pressure is adjusted, and the pressure rises. This kind of knob is debugged with two straight screwdriver on the switch, and the two knobs must be adjusted in unison, otherwise it will stop when moving together, and start when it stops, which will burn out the electrical appliance. The other is to adjust the start pressure (low pressure) and stop pressure (high pressure).

Air compressor pressure adjustment:

A. Turn the pressure adjusting screw clockwise, and the closing and opening pressures will increase synchronously.

B. Turn the pressure adjusting screw counterclockwise, and the closing and opening pressures will be reduced simultaneously.

Air compressor pressure difference adjustment:

A. Turn the differential pressure adjusting screw clockwise to keep the closing pressure unchanged and increase the opening pressure.

B. Turn the differential pressure adjusting screw counterclockwise to keep the closing pressure unchanged and decrease the opening pressure.
