Is the Spring Festival in Wollongong, Nanyang free?

It's not free, but it's free for special people:

Minors under (1) height 1.4m can enjoy free tickets (accompanied by guardians). The hukou cannot be used, and the guardian needs to buy a ticket.

(2) Older people over 60 years old enter the park at the gate of the scenic spot with their ID cards.
