As for the flameout, that's not normal. Is your idle speed too low? If it's below 800, there must be something wrong. If there is a downgrade system in winter, the computer will automatically increase the idle speed. Have you checked the spark plug? Submersible tank or carbon deposit? Also, if you have just washed the throttle, you should be willing to give oil when driving, and burn off the deep carbon deposits such as the throttle and intake manifold with a large throttle.
