What is the raw material of zongzi?

Zongzi leaves, glutinous rice, hemp rope, water.

I. Tools/materials

250g zongzi leaves, 2kg glutinous rice, proper amount of hemp rope and water.

Two. Methods/steps

1. Wash the bought zongzi leaves and soak them in water for half a day.

2. Wash and soak the glutinous rice overnight and dry it.

Tie a hemp rope on the stool and tie a fast knot.

4. Overlap two leaves of different sizes.

5. Roll it into a tube by hand.

6. Insert a chopstick into the bucket, scoop in the glutinous rice and insert it tightly with chopsticks.

7. Finally, press the sticky rice with your hand and seal it.

8. Tie your tail with a rope.
