The egr valve is easy to disassemble, and the following steps can be followed.

1. Remove the egr valve and the fastening cover, and pull it up vertically;

2. Cover the pivot lock nut with 8mm sleeve and gently push the valve downward;

3. Mix 180 abrasive with engine oil evenly, put a little between the valve and the valve, and turn the pivot back and forth;

4. In order to make the friction between the control valve and the valve port better, an iron bar can be used to drag the valve bottom at the bottom of the valve to make it reliably engage;

5. When putting back the egr valve, the egr valve must face down to avoid the cleaning agent from corroding the solenoid valve coil.
