How to disassemble the modern famous throttle valve

In general, it should be replaced every 50,000 kilometers or 3 years. To replace the throttle: 1. Exhaust: Open the engine compartment, slowly unscrew the lid of the expansion kettle, and exhaust the air in the cooling system, so as to prepare for removing the preheating water pipe on the throttle later. 2. Dismantle the air cleaner box assembly: open the co-pilot seat, remove the screws fixing the air box assembly with ten T-shaped screws, then loosen the buckle connecting the air inlet bellows and the throttle with a cross, unplug the bellows and take out the air box assembly. 3. Unplug the harness and throttle wire: Unplug the idle motor sensor and throttle position sensor on the throttle, and remove the throttle wire on the throttle. 4. Dismantle the throttle valve: firstly, remove the two water pipe clamps on the throttle valve with pliers, then remove the four screws on the throttle valve with 10T, unplug the water pipe with pliers, and remove the old throttle valve. 5. Install a new throttle valve: immediately install it on the new throttle valve after removing the water pipe to minimize the outflow of antifreeze, clamp the water pipe with pliers, install four screws for fixing the throttle valve, install the throttle valve wiring, and plug in the plug. 6. Matching with special equipment: Now, the car should be matched after changing the throttle, and all the adaptive values should be reset to zero with special equipment to erase the computer memory. The matching was successful, the air box assembly was installed, the test run was normal, and the throttle was replaced successfully.
