What if the car is flooded?

1. Never start the vehicle after it enters the water (otherwise all losses will be compensated by you);

2. Take photos on the spot and take your own license plate number (which can be used as evidence for claim settlement);

3. Call the insurance company to report the case (be sure to report the case within 24 hours);

4. Call the rescue trailer, tell the insurance company which repair shop the car is in, and let the surveyor investigate;

5. When waiting for rescue, disconnect the vehicle (pull out the negative pole), put it in neutral, and push the vehicle to a safe position;

6. Before maintenance, report the loss to the insurance company as required.
