Working Principle of Range Extender v5 EFI and Throttle

The working principle of this equipment is to electronically control the adjustment of air intake.

The range extender can improve the output power and torque of the engine by changing the cross-sectional area of the intake port and adjusting the intake air volume. The electronic control unit (ECU) is used to monitor the engine load and control the opening of the range extender as required, so as to realize the adjustment of the optimal intake air volume. The throttle valve is located upstream of the air inlet, and the air flow is adjusted by controlling its opening and closing degree.
