2. The function of waste gas valve: automobile waste gas can circulate into the cylinder for combustion, and this small amount of waste gas reduces the temperature of the cylinder during combustion. Because NOX is generated under the condition of high temperature and oxygen enrichment, the generation of NOX is suppressed, thus reducing the NOX content in exhaust gas. When the throttle valve reaches a certain opening, it will open the waste gas valve to connect the waste gas in the cylinder belly to the intake pipe, and then enter the cylinder for circular combustion again, so that the waste gas can be completely burned and the air can be purified. ;

3. Working principle of waste gas valve: High pressure gas from compressor, including gaseous working medium and lubricating oil, enters the guide vane of waste gas valve and flows spirally along the guide vane. Lubricating oil is separated from the working medium gas by centrifugal force and gravity, and remains along the inner wall of the cylinder. The working gas is led out of the waste gas valve from the central pipe through the multi-air baffle. The separated lubricating oil is concentrated in the lower part of the oil separator, which can be discharged regularly or automatically returned to the crankcase of the compressor by using the ball valve.
