The origin of my box

Gawu, as a cultural phenomenon, rose with the rise of Tibetan Buddhism and has a history of more than 1000 years. Devoted Tibetan compatriots like to carry Buddha statues with them so that they can get the blessing of Buddha and Bodhisattva at any time. At the same time, we should be wary of pursuing good deeds and improving day and night.

On the other hand, for some practitioners, carrying Buddha statues with them can be a gift. Compared with Thangka, Tibetan compatriots prefer to carry this small three-dimensional Buddha statue with them. However, because Tibetan compatriots think it is disrespectful to directly touch the Buddha statue with their bodies, everyone began to carry the Buddha statue in exquisite small boxes, which is also the origin of Gawu Box.
