Is the throttle closed when the car is idling?

When idling, the air intake comes from the throttle idle motor, otherwise, the idle motor will be useless. Also, some cars on the intake bronchus have exhaust gas recirculation without passing through the throttle. However, there are exceptions. For example, the intake of Fukang idle valve does not pass through the throttle, so the throttle can be completely sealed. In some cars, the air inlet of the idle valve passes through the throttle, so it can't be completely sealed.
