How to Adjust the Valve of Single Cylinder Diesel Engine

There are three key points in the adjustment of single cylinder diesel engine: intake valve, ignition advance angle and valve timing. (2) Adjusting the ignition advance angle: The ignition advance angle should be adjusted at low speed and low load, and the adjustment is completed by dividing the ignition advance angle into clocks.

(3) Adjust the valve timing: The valve timing requires the valve to be closed. When the explosion in the cylinder stops completely, the crankshaft position must be at the lowest point. The specific adjustment method is to rotate the crankshaft to the lowest point of the engine, and then tighten the cylinder adjustment bolt to fix the crankshaft, so as to realize the valve timing.
