The fault codes P2 185, P2 122, P2 127, P013 and P01kloc-0/8 are stored in the engine control unit. According to the analysis of fault phenomena, it is considered that the reason of high engine idle speed should be the fault of accelerator pedal or accelerator control unit, so we only watch the relevant data of accelerator and accelerator pedal in the data stream, and step on the accelerator to simulate the working condition of the accelerator under various working conditions, and find that the data is unchanged and incorrect, as shown in Figure 3. Under normal circumstances, the accelerator pedal data flow should be as shown in Figure 4. Then, remove the accelerator pedal, and measure the resistance between terminals T62/3, T62/4T and T62 12 of the accelerator pedal position sensor G79 and terminals T62/6, T62/ 1 5 of the accelerator pedal position sensor G 185 at each position of the accelerator pedal. It is found that Then measure the harness resistance between the accelerator pedal and the engine control unit, which are all less than1Ω, indicating that the circuit is normal. Then, check the throttle body assembly in the same way as checking the accelerator pedal. Turn the throttle blade, and measure the resistance between terminals T6 ad/4 and T6 ad/6 of the throttle position sensor G 187 and terminals T6ad/ 1 88. The resistance changes smoothly and there is no open circuit. Then check the resistance of the corresponding line from the throttle assembly to the engine control unit, which is less than1Ω, indicating that the circuit is normal. Then continue to check according to the prompt of fault code. When entering the data flow inspection, it is found that the absolute pressure of intake manifold, intake temperature and coolant temperature are not displayed normally. Then, according to the circuit diagram, check the resistances of the coolant temperature sensor G62, the intake manifold absolute pressure sensor G42 and the air temperature sensor G7 1 respectively, and they are all normal. However, when checking the circuit, it is found that their working voltage and signal voltage are both 12V, which is abnormal. The resistances of the corresponding wires between the three sensors and the engine control unit were measured respectively, and none of them were greater than1Ω, so there was no short circuit. Under normal circumstances, the power supply voltage provided by the engine control unit to these three sensors should be 5V, so it can be basically determined that the engine control unit is damaged. In order to convince customers, the engine control unit of a normal car of the same model was replaced by a faulty car for testing, and the faulty car immediately returned to normal.
