How to clean carburetor for 2KW small gasoline generator?

Cleaning method of carburetor of small gasoline generator: remove the carburetor, disassemble all parts, clean with gasoline and blow with compressed air to ensure that all parts are clean. Parts with holes must be transparent and free from blockage, and then reassembled after cleaning.

Dismantling carburetor of small gasoline generator;

1. First remove the speed control lever of the carburetor of the small gasoline generator, remove the oil pipe, and remove the intake pipe and carburetor together.

2. Remove the air inlet pipe and air filter.

3. Remove the float chamber cover of the carburetor of the small gasoline generator, take out the pin for installing the float, and take out the float and the triangular oil needle.

4. Loosen the screw of the oil inlet pipe joint and take out the oil inlet pipe joint and the oil filter screen.

5. Unscrew the leak-proof nut and the main oil regulating needle at the same time, and then unscrew the main oil regulating needle seat. Then screw out the main fuel injection pipe with a special screwdriver.

6. Screw out the low-speed oil needle and screw out the low-speed oil injection pipe with a special screwdriver.

7. Unscrew the fixing screws of the choke valve and throttle valve from the intake pipe, remove the valve, and take out the choke valve shaft and throttle valve shaft. Reinstallation is performed in the reverse order.

Second, matters needing attention:

1. After removing the parts, clean them with a container filled with kerosene and arrange them in the disassembly order to prevent them from being lost.

2. Under normal circumstances, the main fuel injection pipe, low-speed oil pipe, choke valve and throttle valve should not be disassembled. If blockage is found, air pump or compressed air can be used to blow it through. Don't poke the measuring hole with hard objects such as steel wire and cone tip, so as not to change the diameter of the measuring hole and damage the fuel injection pipe. If disassembly is necessary, please use a special screwdriver to prevent damage to the internal threads of the fuel injection pipe groove and seat hole.

3. When installing the carburetor throttle of the small gasoline generator, pay attention to the inclined plane of the valve edge, and the throttle will contact the pipe wall when it is fully closed. Don't install it backwards (there is a small round hole on the valve to adjust the position of the valve. When installing, the small round hole usually leans against the throttle shaft). When installing the throttle shaft, apply a little butter to the shaft hole.

4. Don't use too much force when installing the main oil adjusting needle and the low-speed oil needle, so as not to damage the oil needle or the measuring hole.

5. Don't forget the gaskets and washers of each part during installation to prevent oil and gas leakage.
