20 16 Honda binzhi 1.8 how to disassemble the air inlet?

Disassembly and assembly steps of the air inlet pipe are as follows:

① Remove the air cleaner air outlet pipe assembly.

② Unplug the connecting plug of the throttle control unit.

③ Unscrew the fastening bolt of the throttle control unit and remove the throttle control unit.

④ Pull out the vacuum tube 1 connected to the brake booster on the intake manifold, loosen the clamp (arrow) and disconnect the vacuum tube connected to the carbon canister on the intake manifold.

⑤ Pull out the connector of the intake manifold pressure sensor, tighten the bolt, and remove the intake manifold pressure sensor.

⑥ Unscrew the fixing bolts on the intake manifold bracket.

⑦ Disconnect the wire harness on the intake manifold.

⑧ Tighten the fixing bolt (arrow) of the intake pipe and remove the intake manifold together with the gasket.
