Causes of car start-up trembling:
1, three parts of the clutch (clutch plate, flywheel and pressure plate) are eccentric wear, usually the clutch plate is seriously worn, which leads to starting trembling;
2. The throttle is too small when starting, which leads to low output power of the engine and makes the vehicle shake when starting.
Solution:
First, let the engine run at idle speed, put on the low gear, slowly release the clutch pedal and increase the throttle to start. If the body is obviously shaking, the clutch is shaking.
Second, the positive pressure distribution between the driving disk and the driven disk is uneven. Frequent engagement of the clutch compression spring is uneven, and the adjustment of each release lever is inconsistent or the release finger of diaphragm spring is uneven, which will lead to inconsistent compression time, uneven pressure on the pressure plate, and even skew of the pressure plate, resulting in poor contact between the driving plate and the driven plate and clutch jitter. At this time, the clutch compression spring and leveling release lever should be replaced.
Thirdly, the elasticity of the clutch torsional damping spring is weakened, and the elasticity of the clutch compression spring is weakened. Cracks in the diaphragm spring will cause the clutch to shake when engaging. Replace the spring at this time.
Fourthly, the clutch lining is in poor contact, and the surface is hardened or glued, which is easy to cause clutch jitter. At this time, the clutch lining should be reinstalled.
5. When the driven plate is warped, skewed and deformed, the clutch lining will have irregular contact during the clutch engagement, and the pressure will not increase steadily. At this point, the driven disk should be corrected or replaced.
Six, the clutch control mechanism is locked or loose, the clutch plate spline load is seriously worn, and the first shaft of the transmission is bent, resulting in clutch jitter. At this time, the corresponding parts should be replaced.
Seven, the engine installation is loose or the first shaft of the transmission is different from the center line of the engine crankshaft, which is also easy to make the clutch shake. At this time, tighten the engine or replace parts.
Eight, the driven plate load hoe nail is broken or loose, the driven plate steel plate is broken, and the dynamic balance of the rotating part does not meet the requirements, resulting in clutch jitter. At this point, replace the parts or reconnect the driven disk.
