Causes and treatment methods of engine jitter

The causes of engine jitter include dirty throttle, faulty spark plug, engine cylinder not working, aging rubber parts inside engine bracket and gearbox bracket, clogged fuel nozzle and low idle speed.

First, the throttle is too dirty.

This will affect the accuracy and smoothness of engine intake, and the most obvious problem is that it may cause idling jitter or even flameout.

Treatment: clean the throttle.

Second, the spark plug failure

This will lead to poor ignition, even failure to start the car, and increase fuel consumption, engine jitter and other phenomena, and the vehicle jitter can be felt during driving.

Solution: Replace the spark plug.

Third, the cylinder of the engine does not work.

If the first cylinder of the automobile does not run, it will directly lead to serious engine jitter, abnormal noise of the exhaust pipe, uneven exhaust of the exhaust pipe and noise.

Solution: Replace the engine cylinder.

Four, engine bracket and gearbox bracket internal rubber aging.

This will cause the engine to vibrate to the car. At this time, the driver will feel the steering wheel shaking, which reduces the driving feeling. The car makes abnormal noise while driving.

Treatment: Replace rubber parts.

Five, nozzle clogging

The fuel nozzle of EFI automobile is the key component of automobile fuel injection, and its service life can reach hundreds of thousands of kilometers. However, the gum in gasoline will block the injection holes of the fuel nozzles, resulting in inconsistent fuel injection quantity of each fuel nozzle, inconsistent work of each cylinder and engine jitter.

Solution: Remove the fuel injector and clean it.

Sixth, the idle speed is low.

The engine idle speed value has been set in the computer. When the number of revolutions is low to a certain range, the on-board computer will automatically adjust.

Solution: There is an adjusting screw on the throttle to adjust the idle speed.
