Honda Fit Throttle Matching Method

Writing the actual throttle data into the computer motherboard is called throttle matching.

In order to better adjust the idle speed, control the fuel injection and shift point of Honda Fit engine, the computer needs to input the throttle state data in real time. When the data changes, the computer will automatically adjust the throttle data value. If it exceeds a certain value, the engine will work abnormally. At this time, it is necessary to clean the throttle valve, write the latest state data of the throttle valve into the computer board, and let the computer board adjust the working mode according to the new data. Throttle matching needs to be done by using a dedicated or universal decoder. According to the decoder prompt, clear the empty original data and identify the new data.

It is recommended to clean and maintain the throttle every 15000 km, and learn after each cleaning to make the engine work in the best condition. Irregular cleaning of the throttle may lead to abnormal idle speed, slow gear shifting, poor acceleration and high fuel consumption.

Honda Fit throttle reset method:

Method 1:

① Turn on the second gear of the key, that is, the gear where the instrument indicator light is fully lit.

② Wait 20s, and then press the accelerator to the bottom.

③ After holding for about 10 second, release the throttle.

④ Turn off the ignition switch and pull out the key to complete the initialization.

Method 2:

① Open the second gear of the key and keep it for 30s.

② Turn off the ignition switch and pull out the key. Attention: Wait 15-20s before ignition.

(3) Then ignite to see whether the refueling is normal and whether the engine fault light is extinguished. If not, repeat the previous steps.

Method 3: Pull out two fuses of the electronic throttle control system (10A) and the electronic fuel injector (20A), insert them back to their original positions after 30s, and reset the throttle.
