How to deal with oil dripping from engine exhaust pipe

Change the high-quality engine oil regularly, clean up the carbon deposit inside the engine, adjust the valve clearance and replace the valve oil seal to avoid long-term operation or overload operation.

1. Change the high-quality engine oil regularly: poor or irregular engine oil may easily lead to wear between the cylinder and the piston ring, thus causing oil dripping from the exhaust pipe. Changing the oil according to the recommended cycle and using high-quality oil can alleviate this problem.

2. Clean up the carbon deposit inside the engine: too much carbon deposit will directly affect the normal operation of the engine, resulting in oil dripping from the exhaust pipe. Methods of cleaning carbon deposits include cleaning throttle, fuel injector and intake manifold.

3. Adjust the valve clearance: Excessive valve clearance may cause oil dripping in the exhaust pipe. This problem can be solved by adjusting the valve clearance.

4. Replace the valve oil seal: The valve oil seal is used to prevent oil from entering the intake pipe and combustion chamber. If it is used for a long time, the valve oil seal may age and deform, which will cause the oil to enter the combustion chamber, thus causing the exhaust pipe to drip oil. Need to replace the new valve oil seal.

5. Avoid long-term operation or overload operation: Long-term operation or overload operation may lead to overheating of the engine, thus aggravating the problem of oil dripping in the exhaust pipe.
