Manufacturing method of led signboard

1.Tools required for making LED billboards: 30W or 40W soldering iron, soldering tin, electric drill, glue gun, screwdriver, etc.

2. Materials needed for LED billboard production: molding iron lettering (purchased locally), reducing transportation costs, glass glue, resistors (provided by our factory), wires (provided by our factory) and special power supply for LED signboards (provided by our factory).

3. Manufacturing steps of 3.LED billboards:

1. drilling: fix the lettering of purchased molded iron in a proper position, and drill holes with an electric drill: 5MM or 8 mm. The spacing depends on the installation height and manufacturing cost of the external signboard. Generally, the spacing between LED centers is 10-30mm. The smaller the spacing, the better the effect and the higher the cost.

2. Plug in the lights: clean the drilled holes and turn on the lights one by one.

3. Connection: It is difficult to connect in series and then in parallel to the power supply. Don't worry, there are LED strings already made and connected, and each string has reserved terminals. Generally, the red terminal is connected to the positive pole of power supply, and the black terminal is connected to the negative pole of LED power supply.

4. Test aging: After all LEDs are connected, check the ones that are not bright, and then conduct 24-hour aging test.

5. Glue sealing: Fix the LED on the iron sheet.

6. Retest and install.
