After the founding of New China, he worked as an accountant in the village and a worker in the steel plant, but finally returned to his hometown from the steel plant in the late 1960s and re-established the school until 2003.

In Zhu Zhizhong's teaching content, he mainly studies ancient prose, calligraphy, calligraphy and couplets. The content of ancient prose includes three-character classics, addition and deletion of ancient prose, six-character miscellaneous words, study tour in Qionglin and some thirteen classics. Usually they study 1 or two years. In Zhu Zhizhong's view, it takes at least eight years to read old books systematically and learn Li Sao from Three Amethyst, which is difficult for students to do.
