How to Adjust the Valve of Single Cylinder Diesel Engine

The valve adjustment of single cylinder diesel engine is relatively easy. Remove the valve cover under the injector, and you can see two valve hammers and the valve stem stuck by the spring. When turning the flywheel, you can see that the hammer is shaking and pushing the exhaust valves one by one. When the mark on the flywheel top dead center is aligned with the mark on the water tank, the two hammers should be at rest and ready. At this point, loosen the adjusting screw under the hammer, adjust the gap between the hammer and the tail of the valve stem, and then lock the adjusting screw. Turn the flywheel several times, return to the top dead center, see if the gap has changed, and then adjust the change.

Even if it is completed, it will not change.
