Why does 08 hacker 1.6 shift jitter?

There are many reasons for gearbox jitter in Pacific Auto Network, such as too much carbon deposit, dirty throttle or air filter, spark plug failure, aging engine parts and so on. The automatic shift of hacker transmission may be caused by the internal shift of transmission and the failure of solenoid valve.

Fault symptoms: The vehicle is driving normally, and the accelerator shift lever has jitter when the shift lever is in the third or fourth gear, but there is no jitter in other gears.

Cause of failure: 3-4 gear synchronizer hub and 3-4 gear connecting sleeve are out of tolerance in manual gear _ fit clearance (standard clearance is 0.32 ~ 0.82mm).

Solution: Check the mating clearance between the 3-4th gear synchronizer hub and the 3-4th gear connecting sleeve. If the mating clearance exceeds the tolerance, replace the synchronizer hub and the connecting sleeve without replacing the transmission assembly. The transmission numbers are JH3 103C263892 and JH4 149C006395. Since then, the transmission has been improved.

The working modes of the transmission are classified as follows:

1. Forced transmission operation: the driver directly controls the shift lever to shift gears;

2. Automatic transmission: the selection of transmission ratio and gear shifting are automatic. The driver only needs to operate the accelerator pedal, and the transmission can control the actuator according to the load signal and vehicle speed signal of the engine to realize gear shifting.

3. Semi-automatic control transmission: it can be divided into two categories: one is automatic shifting of some gears and manual (forced) shifting of some gears; The other is to select the gear through the button in advance.
