Advanced clean throttle valve

Cleaning the throttle valve is a flameout operation, and the cleaning steps of the throttle body are as follows: warm up the engine and then turn off the engine. Remove the throttle body and check the surface of the throttle body for damage. Block the intake side of the bypass passage of the throttle body, and do not let the cleaning agent enter the bypass passage.

Soak the throttle body in cleaning agent for 5min. Start the engine and let it run at idle speed 1 min. Remove the air bypass port. Install air pipe. Disconnect the negative battery ground wire 10s and connect it. Adjust the idle adjusting screw.

Throttle Check Check whether the engine vacuum tube leaks, and if it is determined that there is leakage, replace the vacuum tube. Check whether the engine fault light on the instrument panel flashes. If engine failure is found, go to the 4S shop for computer testing immediately to see which component has problems that lead to unstable idle speed, including sensor failure, engine combustion failure and valve position sensor failure.

Check whether the throttle valve is dirty. Whether there is carbon deposit in Madari at throttle and idle speed. Too dirty throttle will cause the throttle to close loosely or the idle stepper motor to get stuck, which will lead to the high idle speed of the engine.

Use suitable engine oil to prevent the throttle from being dirty. Idle as little as possible. High-speed shift, low-speed non-shift. Keep running at high speed, keep pulling speed. Don't use inferior "large flow" style, and change the air filter frequently.
