How many varieties of begonia are there?

Begonia is a deciduous flower of Rosaceae, which can be divided into five categories:

(1) Begonia tree, 5 ~ 6 meters high, tall and vigorous. Young branches sparsely pilose. Flowers are single, first red, then pale white.

(2) Small trees 3-4 meters high are also clustered. Flowers, like leaves, have slender pedicels. The flowers bloom upward first and then droop. The petals are dense and delicate, and the color is like rouge and slightly pink.

(3) Begonia Xifu is a small tree with 3-4 meters high, dense and straight branches and steep tree body. The bud is bright red until the blooming color turns white.

(4) Papaya begonia is a big shrub with a height of 5-6 meters. Old trees are characterized by peeling bark. Flowers are solitary pink, and the first leaf is open. The oval diameter of fruit is about 10 cm. When ripe, it is golden in color and quite fragrant.

(5)2-meter-high shrubs with or without begonia. Branches spread, branchlets spiny, stipules large. Flowers are solitary or clustered, and the colors are scarlet, white, pink and sprinkled with gold. The flower stalk is very short, and the flower is close to the branch, hence the name.
