Why do joints always click?

These gases will spread to all parts of the joint cavity and vibrate with synovial fluid to make a sound. This kind of sound is called physiological snapping, which is harmless to the body.

Many people will also have a "click" sound when their necks turn, most of which are physiological clicks, but if there are still symptoms such as pain, numbness and weakness when they ring, you should be alert, which may be a precursor to cervical spondylosis.
