Is it normal to idle for 800 rpm after cleaning the throttle yourself?

Just after cleaning the throttle, turn on the air conditioner for 750 rpm and turn off the air conditioner for 700 rpm. After that, the throttle slowly became dirty and the idle speed gradually decreased. Maybe when you are idling, turn on the air conditioner and shake it. If there is no air conditioner, clean it again. The throttle needs to be cleaned once every two years (40,000-50,000 km).
