According to the superstitious view of ancient astrology in China, the fortune of human beings is related to the stars in the sky, because the states and countries on the ground are divided into twelve regions according to the twelve stars (and then according to the twenty-eight stars), so that the two correspond to each other, and the fortune of the corresponding region is predicted and added according to the changes of the stars in the region on a certain day. This division is called "Twelfth Star" in the sky and "Twelfth Division" on the earth.

Dichotomy: First, we divided Sunday into twelve stars by the method of chronology, and observed the sun, moon, stars and solar terms. Divide the position of each state and country on the ground by 12 times to correspond to it. As far as astronomy is concerned, it is called fractional star; On the ground, it is called the dividing line. Twelve times, their names are Shouxing, Huo Da, Shimu, Jixing, Xu Anbi, Zhanglou, Daliang, Shishen, Quail Head, Quail Fire and Quail Tail.
