Why is there a noise when you press your joints with your hands?
There are two possibilities for a broken bone and a ringing joint.
One is normal joint activity, noise and no pain. This is a normal phenomenon, which is caused by the activity of cartilage pad in the joint. Physiological joint noise is produced by normal joint activities and is harmless to the body. It is more common in people with less exercise and weak muscle strength around joints. With the increase of exercise, muscle strength is enhanced, ligaments are strengthened and movements are coordinated, and this sound will be reduced.
The other is because the joint itself or its surrounding tissues are diseased, and most of them are accompanied by pain. If pathological joint ringing has the feeling of "clicking" and "clicking" and pain, we should fully prepare the ringing joint before exercise, and do local massage and hot compress after exercise to improve local blood circulation and prevent excessive growth of tissues inside and outside the joint.
Increasing calcium intake is beneficial to the healthy growth of bones.
