How to make electronic official seal

The making process of electronic seal is as follows:

1. First, put the label card or stamped blank paper into the scanner.

2. Then open PS and import the pattern scanned by the scanner.

3. If the seal color is not bright enough, press Ctrl+shift+n to create a new photo album.

4. Choose the foreground color as red, then press and hold ALT+delete to fill in the foreground color, and then superimpose the seal on the photo album, which will be much more vivid.

5. Finally, according to Ctrl+E, the two albums are merged, and then the redundant parts are cut to complete the production of the electronic seal.
